Progressing Minds, PLLC is a psychology practice located in San Antonio, TX and specializes in working with early to mid career professionals, leaders/business owners, and other high achieving adults with a wide range of mental health concerns and goals. Our practice offers psychological assessments, individual therapy, executive-life coaching, and public speaking engagements. All services are available through telehealth (video/phone) sessions or in person at our San Antonio office. We are bilingual in Spanish and English, and we take pride in providing you with effective and culturally competent care.
